How to make your own scratch-offs
Continuing the "Wish I'd Thought of That" series, learn to make your own scratch-offs from Martha Stewart. I've seen several tutorials for creating scratch-off tickets using dish soap and paint, and always wanted to test it. At Martha, the mixture is applied to a save-the-date wedding announcement.
